Install & Sign In

System Requirements

Platform Requirements
macOS 12+, Apple Silicon (arm64)
Windows 10+, x64
Linux Kylin / UOS, ARM and x86

The installer is approximately 500MB, including the app and its built-in offline runtime environment.

Installation

  1. Download the installer for your platform from the Download page.
  2. macOS: open .dmg and drag to Applications. Windows: run .exe and follow the wizard. Linux: install the .deb package.
  3. First launch takes about 30 seconds: the Python environment initializes in the background (offline build, no internet needed).

Lansenger QR Code Sign In

  1. Click the user area at the bottom of the sidebar, then “Sign In.”
  2. Scan the QR code with the Lansenger app and confirm authorization.
  3. Upon success, LanMate automatically syncs org policies, retrieves tokens, and displays your account.

The login state auto-renews via refreshToken (30 days). You only need to re-scan if the refresh token expires.

Anonymous Mode

Use all local features without signing in: conversations, file operations, code execution, skills, taskboard, and scheduled tasks. Anonymous mode lacks Lansenger channel, org model sync, and cloud collaboration.

FAQ

Q: macOS says “Cannot verify developer”? System Settings > Privacy & Security > Open Anyway.

Q: Stuck on “Initializing Python environment”? The offline build takes about 30 seconds. If it exceeds 2 minutes, restart the app.

Q: No org models after login? Your org admin needs to configure model policies and assign API keys.

Organization Display

After signing in, the sidebar user area shows your name and organization. Useful for confirming identity when switching accounts.
