User Management
User List
Org admins can view all users in their organization:
- Search by staffId or name
- Filter by department
- Paginated

User Operations
| Operation | Effect |
|---|---|
| Disable | All desktop tokens immediately invalid |
| Enable | Restore normal access |
| Revoke tokens | Invalidate all desktop tokens (lost device scenario) |
Auto-Registration
Users are auto-registered on first desktop SSO login (Org + User created automatically).
Departments
Departments are a self-referencing tree (create/rename/move/sort/delete with cycle detection). Members pulled live from the Lansenger directory.
Lansenger Push Events
- App install → Auto-enable org
- App uninstall → Auto-disable org
- Employee changes → Update user status
