Installation, Sign-In, and Cloud Workspace

The QI-ANXIN edition of LanMate uses a cloud workspace. The desktop client handles sign-in and connection, while tasks, sessions, and file processing run in an isolated workspace assigned by your organization. After you sign in, the client opens the cloud workspace automatically; there is no runtime location to select.

System Requirements

Platform Requirements
macOS Mac with Apple Silicon, macOS 12 or later
Windows Windows 10 or later; x64 and ARM64 supported
Linux Major Chinese-made operating systems

Install and Start for the First Time

  1. Download the installer for your platform from the source provided by your organization.
  2. Follow the system prompts to install and start LanMate.
  3. On first launch, wait for initialization to finish. LanMate then opens the sign-in page.

If the operating system blocks installation or launch, first verify that the installer came from a source approved by your organization. Contact your administrator if you still cannot continue.

Sign In with Lansenger

Scan the QR Code

  1. Open LanMate and wait for the QR code to appear on the sign-in page.
  2. Scan the code with the Lansenger app and confirm the sign-in on your phone.
  3. When the page says “Connecting to cloud,” keep the network connected and wait for the workspace to open.
  4. Create a task after the main interface appears.

In environments that support automatic Lansenger sign-in, the client may authenticate you directly without another scan.

What Happens After Sign-In

LanMate automatically:

The client does not show a local/cloud runtime switch. When you restart the client, LanMate reconnects to the cloud workspace automatically as long as your sign-in is still valid. It shows “Connecting to cloud, please wait…” during this process.

If the Cloud Connection Fails

Use the action shown on the current page:

Page state What to do
“Cloud connection failed” Select “Retry Connection.” If it still fails, select “Sign In Again” and scan again
The sign-in page asks you to retry Select the refresh button in the QR-code area, reload the code, and scan again
Permission or entitlement errors keep appearing Ask your administrator to check your account, organization entitlement, and cloud workspace quota
The connection screen does not finish Check the network and restart LanMate. Contact your administrator if it still cannot connect

Before retrying, make sure the current network can reach the LanMate services provided by your organization. Avoid scanning repeatedly in quick succession while the previous connection may still be processing.

Sign Out

  1. Select the user area at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  2. Select “Sign Out.” You can also sign out from Settings > Account.
  3. LanMate attempts to save the current workspace state, disconnects, and returns to the sign-in page.

Signing out does not give the cloud workspace access to local folders. To process a file from your computer, explicitly select and upload it in a task. To keep a generated file on your computer, use “Save As” from the task output menu.
